Because Lutherans value education. Emanuel's enjoys a storied history with TLU. Author and church member Steve Anderson notes in Forward in Faith: A History of Texas Lutheran University that the Emanuel's Choir sang at the cornerstone-laying ceremony of the college's Main Building on May 9, 1912. Today, 114 years later, we continue to nurture and support one another. In March we partner with TLU and others to welcome hundreds of families at the 4th Annual Eggapalooza! at Bulldog Stadium.
