Because Lutherans groove on teamwork: The new 2020 Council met with Staff at the beginning of their weekend retreat and tackled Pastor Marcus' "Building a Vision" exercises. Conversations looped around Emanuel's strengths, weaknesses, changes, dreams and visions. This is the initial step to crafting a 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.
