Because Lutherans are not so different. Still on vacation, Pastor Marcus just had to share this darling photo with the Emanuel's Flower Ladies. "During our tour of St. Paul's Cathedral, we stumbled upon this group of ladies. They call themselves the 'Flower Fairies,' a nod to Scottish folklore (even though the cathedral is in London) and the reality of their role. The lady on the far left said, with the thickest British accent you can imagine, 'We spend all this time making the arrangements and people just think they appear. Like it’s magic or something. That’s why we call ourselves fairies!'" It's fun to see yourself mirrored across the pond. Don't forget to give our own Flower Fairies a little love now and then.
