O God, you are the giver of every good gift,

most of all our very lives. You have equipped us with all that is needed to build up your body, the church. You call us to give of ourselves and our resources with generosity. Give us, also, the will to respond joyfully when you call. We ask this in the name of our Risen Lord who gave and gives his life for us. Amen
