Palm Sunday | March 24 at 10:30 a.m.
On Palm Sunday, we remember Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. The service begins outdoors on the church steps, then a procession of attendees waving palm branches enter the church.

Maundy Thursday | March 28 at 6:30 p.m.
Maundy Thursday commemorates the institution of the Eucharist at the Last Supper. First Communion is celebrated this evening.

Good Friday | March 29 at 7:00 p.m.
During this somber service, we remember the events leading up to and including the Crucifixion. The services is at Spirit of Joy Lutheran Church, 416 Dolle Ave., Seguin, TX

Eggapalooza | March 30

gates open at 8:30 a.m.
2nd Annual Community-wide Eggapalooza at TLU Bulldog Stadium. The massive egg hunt is open to everyone, of all abilities, from ages 2 to 12 years old. Photo booth, games, and more!

Easter Sunday | March 31 at 7:00 & 10:30 a.m.
On Easter Sunday, we remember and celebrate the triumphiant Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead! Join us to celebrate Christ’s victory over death. Sunrise service with Spirit of Joy at 7am outside under Emanuel’s historic oak followed by breakfast, worship at 10:30, then an egg hunt on the lawn.

Bring some fresh cut flowers and arrive a bit early to help “flower the cross”, an Easter tradition of decorating a cross on the steps of the church.
