Because Lutherans are calm in a chaotic world:Every week we confess our sin in the presence of God and of one another. Weekly we ask God to hear us. We affirm that his mercy is great and that God forgives us. At all times and in all places we give thanks and praise to God. These rituals ease our anxiety. Today we practice and celebrate what we have faithfully been taught over and over again.We are in this together. We are better together. We may be apart, but we are not alone.
