Because Lutherans believe in the good news. Christmas isn't over, y'all! There are twelve days of Christmas, just like the song says, and they don't even begin until Christmas Day. That makes this coming Sunday the seventh day of Christmas. Sounds like the perfect time for a Service of Lessons and Carols!
