Because Lutherans love history: they were heavily represented at the Heritage Village last week. The 2021 Leadership class of the Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated a new pathway at the Seguin Conservation Society's Heritage Village lined with fundraising bricks remembering Seguin's leaders and citizens. Beth Zies and Greg and Ruth Ander's were instrumental in this renovation project. But wait, Lutherans were everywhere: the Society's leadership team has Lutherans aplenty; the emcee here sure looks familiar as do several attendees; and Pastor Marcus offered the invocation. Heck, even the Campbell-Hoermann Long Cabin pictured here has Lutheran roots. We are better together.
