Because Lutherans roarrrr!!! : they are brave, especially in lion hats. This year Emanuel's Lutheran Day School introduced a new mascot, Lenny the Lion. The Lions (older kids) have classes on the second floor of the church building by the office and the Cubs (wee ones) do their learning in "The Ark" across the street.
